1. GENERAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS
1.1 Membership Duration: All memberships are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
1.2 Service Territory: Services are available within a 20-mile radius of our office location. Service outside the 20-mile radius will incur a $2.00 per mile trip fee, billed at the time of service.
1.3 Membership Activation: Membership benefits become active immediately upon payment confirmation and receipt of the membership confirmation email.
1.4 Non-Transferable: Memberships are non-transferable. Benefits are limited to the member’s household and registered addresses/vehicles only. Benefits may not be transferred, resold, or used for third-party services. Misuse may result in immediate termination without refund.

Note: Benefits reset each year upon renewal. Free service applies to jobs of equal or lesser value only. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
3. UNIVERSAL TERMS & RESTRICTIONS
- Premium plan covers primary owner’s primary residence and up to 3 vehicles.
- All vehicle details and address must be provided upon signing up.
- Lockout service discount are for plan owner’s vehicle and residential properites. Only available during operating business hours.
- General service discounts apply to service call fee and labor fee on all other locksmith services provided by the business. Commercial service, access control services are excluded.
- Product discounts apply to parts and material provided by the business including smart locks, safes, security hardware, and related products.
- Free key copies limited to standard residential keys (Schlage SC1, Kwikset KW1). Automotive, high-security, or restricted keys excluded. Must be done in-store or while tech is on-site during an existing service call, during business hours.
- Free fob batteries limited to standard coin-cell batteries (CR2032 or similar). Specialty batteries may incur additional charge. Must be done in-store or while tech is on-site during an existing service call, during business hours.
- All services are subject to technician availability, weather, and safety conditions.
- Annual lock maintenance includes visual inspection of exterior door locks, entry-point assessment, screw tightening, lubrication, minor adjustments, and recommendations. Repairs and parts are excluded but available to purchase with plan discounts.
4. BILLING & PAYMENT
- Memberships are billed in full at time of purchase.
- Auto-renewal occurs annually unless cancelled at least 30 days prior to renewal.
- Price changes may occur with 60 days’ advance notice.
- Refunds: Cancel within 30 days for a full refund if no services have been utilized. “Utilized” includes any service call, discount, free key copy, free battery, or maintenance scheduling.
5. LIABILITY & LEGAL
- Services are performed by licensed, insured locksmiths in Virginia.
- To the maximum extent permitted by Virginia law, company’s total liability for membership services is limited to the annual membership fee paid. Applicable insurance coverage applies to claims of property damage.
- Company not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond control (force majeure).
- Membership may be terminated for fraudulent use, resale/barter of benefits, third-party use, or repeated misuse, without refund.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Disputes resolved through binding arbitration under Virginia law.
- This arbitration provision does not limit rights under the Virginia Consumer Protection Act; all claims must be brought individually and not as part of any class or representative action.
- Governing Law: Commonwealth of Virginia.
